The rooms here are well-appointed with a fantastic view of BGC and Manila bay, and the bed is very comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Helpful staff and good location to pretty much anywhere in the Fort, everything was good. Our hotel room was reasonably spacious and beautifully maintained with great facilities.

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away at Burgos Circle. It was also conveniently close to the airport and other attractions. The room itself was fantastic, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The facilities, such as the gym and pool, were also a great addition.

The only downside was the slow wifi connection, but it wasn't a major issue considering all the other positives.

Great location and amenities!

The apartment was located in a perfect spot for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and great restaurants. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable apartment, complete with useful amenities like an iron, washing machine, kettle, and microwave. The international TV and fast internet were also a plus. Additionally, the professional staff made check-in and check-out quick and easy, and I especially liked the affordable price.

While the location and amenities were great, there were a few minor maintenance issues that could be improved. Some of the rooms had street noise that was audible, and the insulation could be improved.

I got the best value for my money at Avant Apartments. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The location was great, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff were friendly and efficient.
